That was nice!

Tonight while Dan is out of town I decided to take the boys out to eat. They decided on Panda Express (side note for certain people who are wondering- I did not eat at Panda. I had a salad for dinner. Yummy!). Anyway, we get to Panda and order white rice, double order of orange chicken and chow mein noodles. All is well until we get to the table. Our order is on our table sitting on the tray. Cooper accidently hit the tray and the food went flying everywhere, I mean everywhere and ALL the food is all over the floor! AGHH! Cooper felt bad and started to cry so I was trying to comfort him while Christian and Chase are like, "great, now what are we going to do". The nice people at Panda came and cleaned up our mess (I helped too) and gave us another order of food for free. The rest of the meal was fine. All the kids were good. When we got up to leave a Mom sitting behind us said "Excuse me, can I just say you must be an exceptional mother to have such well behaved boys. I only have two, I dont know how you get all four of them to behave". She must have missed all the drama 10 minutes earlier! Anyway, I thought that was a nice comment. Usually I get "wow, you have your hands full" or "one more and you will have your own basketball team "! These comments really mean - "Im sure glad I'm not you"! So, it was nice to hear something different for a change.

I love it that you got a "such nice boys" comment after all the chaos. I bet the boys were like "See Mom, we're not that bad!" after that. I'm glad you had a nice rest of the evening at least:)

Is that what those comments mean, because that is what everyone says to me! I can totally picture that happening to us, actually, it has! Congrats on being a great Mom....it's not easy!

You are a Super Mom. Even though I'm not around you it is evident from reading that you are an awesome Mom with great boys. I'm glad someone that doesn't even know you could see what a great job you and those boys are doing.
