Today Carter had another
successful "photo shoot". Our
ADORABLE baby will be 4 weeks this coming Friday! In case you want to know....
Carter is doing great. No more
seizures since being on his medicine- which he will continue to be on until we do another MRI and EEG at the end of September.
Therapists have come out to evaluate him and are so shocked that he had a stroke. They say he is acting totally normal and is right where he should be developmentally. He already weighs 10 pounds! He will have an ultrasound done on his heart next because the stroke was an
arterial stroke (meaning it happened in an artery, not a vein) so they want to make sure he does not have a hole in his heart that a blood clot could have passed
thru causing the stroke. We really feel like he will be fine.
We are LOVING every moment with him!

My sister and her family moved to California this last weekend :( We are going to miss them!
I really do have a brother (Jimmy)- he is in the picture below! This last weekend my Mom, and two sisters, Mary and Holly (and nephew Grady) came to see Carter. Thank you for coming!!

My Mom with some of her Grandsons! Christian and Chase were at church with Dan. It is funny to see my Mom with all these boys because my parents had 5 girls and one boy and now have 11 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.

Carter is so beautiful!!! Erin keeps asking when will her little baby start getting chubby? I laughed when I saw that first pic of Carter, because that's what she's talking about... we love little rolls on babies!
So nice you had your family to help you these last few weeks. I'm sure you'll miss them when they're gone. We're here... we can help!
He is adorable, lets be honest - all those boys are! There always seems to be a gender dominate and then a flip flop with the next generation ...at least that is exactly how my husband's family is. Maybe you'll have lots of granddaughters. :)
Man, for a retired photographer, she sure does a lot of photo shoots :) Carter is so cute! I can't wait to see him. Seriously, I think 5 weeks of being sick is long enough!

10 pounds already?!? It's been almost 4 weeks already?!?!! Holy crap... I have missed so much. That makes me sad. I miss you guys. I'm glad that everything is going good with that cute little bundle of rolls. Give all the boys kisses for me and high 5 Coop for making it through the first day of school. No fits?
I just wanted to add that this was not a "photo shoot".
These were taken while we were sitting outside by the pool watching the other kids play and he just happened to look cute sitting there in his diaper.
Then he just happened to fall asleep on that cute chest in Cindy's house and I walked by and snapped a picture of him. Julianne always lays him down in the weirdest places..........
